The big build out of the Tampa Bay Times Forum got underway this week as the Republican National Committee officially got the keys to the venue.
The Forum will host the Republican Convention the last week of August. Political Editor Steve Scully sat down for a Google hangout with convention director of communications James Davis and Joshua Napier, editor of the University of Tampa newspaper
